Returns and refunds

Handmade Items:

All items sold in our shop are handcrafted and unique. Minor variations in color, pattern, or finish may occur and are considered part of the charm of handmade products.

Change of Mind:

Due to the handmade nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with a clear photo and description of the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.

Shipping Issues:

• Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or other charges that may apply for international shipments.
• While we package items carefully, we cannot be responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or postal services.
