  • All items are handcrafted, so each piece is unique. Minor variations, such as color differences, resin bubbles, or pattern irregularities, may occur and are considered part of the charm of handmade goods.
  • We encourage custom orders where possible, but some items cannot be exactly replicated. We will inform you if a requested customization is not possible.

3. Shipping and Delivery
